Wonderful article and was able to get it to a stage where it builds but does not release. I might be doing something wrong.

I am not able to sort out the tags error:Error undefined: No tag found in ref or input!

I am 100% sure I have tagged my commit and pushed it. ‘git show v0.4’ shows the follwing output:

Do you think I am missing something?
